“Una settimana a Napoli”

Antonio sent us all the instructions and even more to help us get around Naples, and he was ready to accept luggage outside of normal hours, which was really useful. The central spot made it easy to reach anything, and the room was spotless and comfortable. I’ll definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay. The only drawbacks were the lack of window soundproofing, so we heard a lot of street noise at night, especially on weekends, and we had to deal with a broken elevator for an entire week.

“Polecam. Para, wrzesień”

The communication was excellent. On arrival we received a detailed description with photos on how to reach the room, plus extra files on what to visit. The room had a fridge, a mini‑kitchen on the hallway, an elevator in the building, toiletries and a hair dryer in the bathroom, security, and everything was tidy. The location was key – we had a street‑side room, so it was noisy, but that’s part of the city’s charm. The patio was on the inside of the building, and the room was cleaned daily.

We were stuck in the elevator for 30‑40 minutes, which was a very stressful ordeal for just the two of us. We were lucky someone could hear us and quickly called for help. Even though the host wasn’t directly responsible, he was aware of the problem (there was no reception, but the person outside reached out to him for us) and never followed up to see if we were okay, which was especially disappointing.
