“Just for one night”
The building is old and the rooms need maintenance. There’s a bad smell and several scratches on the walls and floors, and the staff aren’t very competent.

I was glad to find the hotel right next to the family I was visiting, but the hallway and stairwell carried a strong marijuana odor that made me uneasy.

The place was in bad shape, with a big stain on the carpet and a general sense that it needed remodeling; it was a real disappointment.

We never got any heads‑up that the whole property was under construction, the pool area was filthy, yet the room itself was acceptable.

The beds were comfortable, but the décor felt old‑fashioned and the rates seemed too high for what was offered.
