The hotel sits in a great spot inside the resort and the lunch menu is tasty and diverse, plus the surrounding nature is pretty well kept. But the room was tight and the sheets kept falling off the mattress, and the poolside café and evening dining were painfully slow with staff that barely brought drinks or cleared tables. It feels pricey compared to other resorts, and the nighttime crowds at Parque das Fontes and the noisy shows at Hot Park and Cerrado beach make it hard to relax.

Food has definitely gotten better since last year, which is a relief. However, the shuttle between the hotels can be a drag—sometimes you wait up to 30 minutes during the day.
