The place is the worst; the sofa is dirty, the smell is bad, even the cold water is missing, and there is only one towel for a two‑person room.

The reception behaved in an inappropriate manner, turned off the lights in the suite for my little kids, and my daughter slipped on the soap on the floor at the reception because there was no warning sign.
