The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and the parking was on site. The floor in the room was unfinished and the room was not soundproof; it felt like there were no windows because we heard all the outside noise, making the nights hard. The bed sheets were rough and too small, and the two single beds were pushed together instead of a proper double. The bedding was low‑quality. The hotel massage was a disaster: advertised as 2 hours between the hammam and the massage, we only had 1 hour total and the massage felt amateur. Breakfast was mediocre, and the two brunette staff at the restaurant were unprofessional and not helpful.
