We never felt like outsiders in Amsterdam; the staff gave spot‑on recommendations that made our holiday wonderful. The rooms were small but adequate, and the hotel was clean and orderly.

The balcony, the massage tub and the location were all excellent, but the pillows were terrible.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the place was in a fantastic spot near good restaurants, shopping, and transport. Nothing to add.

The staff were friendly, and the hotel was very quiet (4th floor, back corner) despite its location at a busy intersection. A small balcony in a quiet courtyard, but the steep, narrow stairs and lack of elevator were a drawback. The room and bathroom were very small.
