The rooms were very clean and tidy, and the staff were immediately available when our access code stopped working. The shower was great, which is always important! However, our rooms didn’t have a sofa even though the photos showed one, and the rooms were smaller than others. There were no bedside lights, and the door off the stairs didn’t lock, so we didn’t feel the room was as secure as it should have been.

Everything was fine. The sink was a bit jammed, but it could still be used normally.

More attention to detail is needed.

The apartment is very welcoming and spacious, with new furniture and a comfortable bed. It sits in a symbolic neighborhood of the city, and we also enjoyed the local vibe. Walking gets you to the main monuments. We also recommend checking out the Centro de Cultura Contemporánea Carmen, which is right behind the house. The bathroom sink got clogged even though we didn’t do excessive washing. The wardrobe can accommodate two people, but it’s not enough for more guests. In general, utensils (cutlery, cutting board, toothbrush holder, etc.) are missing, and there isn’t even a broom for picking up floor crumbs. We’re writing this not just to complain but to encourage the management to make improvements. Thanks.

The price was good, and it’s not too far—just a 30‑minute walk from Valencia’s center. It felt more like a dorm than a home, and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable. The TV didn’t work. We bought a balcony room, but it turned out to be a covered shaded terrace with no furniture, so we couldn’t use it at all.
