The location is a quiet, spacious spot outside Matera. The room is decent but lacks real charm. Parking is easy and convenient. Breakfast is adequate but nothing special. The rooms are separated from the main building by a walk or a short drive. Only one person handles breakfast, which is too few for the number of guests. That single, friendly staff member has to bring coffee, restock food, take orders, and serve. The pool was not clean when we used it.

The location is great, close to Matera. The bathroom heater was off, and the shower enclosure had moldy seams.

The stay was luxurious, with good food and drinks, but the pool and terrace were too cold. Everything else during the stay was fine: friendly, helpful staff, but after we left the service fell apart. We forgot a piece of clothing, called them, and they said they would call back, but they never did. Very disappointing.
