“A beautiful experience we are so glad we did”
We loved every aspect of Ume – the stunning setting, thoughtful design, friendly staff, and especially the incredible meals. The smallest room we booked turned out better than the photos, with lovely amenities and tiny touches throughout. The highlight was the dinner, a modern, clean, and light take on a traditional Japanese multi‑course meal, and the Japanese breakfast was divine. We’re already looking forward to returning and staying in the largest room next time.
