The welcome and surroundings immerse you completely in a paradisiacal setting, a true wonderful island at the gates of Avignon. The house master is an extremely brilliant, cultured person who has the delicacy of being present when needed but also of disappearing to allow you to reclaim your privacy—a real professional. The dishonest comments I read on Booking didn’t influence my choice, and fortunately I avoided a missed discovery.

The room is well placed just outside the walls (about 5 to 10 minutes on foot to the restaurant area: a very well supplied place). Good quality of the room equipment. Private access. Very quiet setting. Almost no street parking is available: it is extremely difficult to park.

Great reception from the host. Very helpful. Very service‑oriented. The bikes could be stored safely. Very close to the city. Quiet.

Very beautiful décor and impeccable cleanliness. A lovely relaxation corner with a small pool, but it is not a wellness centre even though there are wellness facilities. The toilets were in the hallway and that hallway was not private. Breakfast is hearty and varied but not homemade.
