The location is excellent, the beds were comfortable, and it was handy that we could leave our luggage for a few hours after check‑in. The price‑quality ratio is very good, and the reception girls always treated us well. The view of Gran Via was lovely, and the windows muted most noise. The room was cleaned daily and we felt very comfortable. We would definitely return! Minor details that could improve include the door on the floor below sometimes being open or not closing properly, which felt a bit unsafe. The room had only one power outlet near the beds, so one phone had to charge farther away, and the only lights were two bright overhead fixtures; a small night light on the bedside tables would enhance the night experience. The bathroom was cleaned and towels replenished regularly, but it was odd that the only shower product was a bath gel that could technically double as shampoo.
