very clean and the pillow very soft . have a welcome drink and the best part is the free bun for every night u stay.but bun only started at 8.30am. If u out of hotel early u cant got the bun. dont have laundry plastic. I think hotel can do it for customer. A lot hotel i stay eve budget hotel got laundry plastic

Fasiliti, staff semua ok, sangat ramah & mesra. Kedudukan hotel yg strategik utk kami menghadiri majlis perkahwinan di Wisma Wanita. Kami kena ambil troli baju & hantar sendiri ke bilik. Lift jauh dari bilik & terpaksa guna ramp bersama troli yg berat. Roda troli tidak berapa lancar & susah dikawal semasa di corner ramp. Itu ja la masalah yg kami hadapi sepanjang tinggal hotel kamu. Yg lain mostly ok & selesa
