The hotel's location near the Grizzlies Arena was a major draw for us, but unfortunately, our stay was marred by a minor issue with our room door. It was stuck and difficult to open, which was frustrating but not a deal-breaker.

We were impressed by the hotel's friendly front desk staff and its excellent location. However, our room could have used a bit more attention to detail, as it wasn't as clean as we would have liked. A quick dusting would have made a big difference.

I had a decent stay at this hotel, enjoying the food and getting a good night's sleep, but unfortunately, the bed didn't quite meet my expectations. The amenities were satisfactory, but the bed's comfort was a letdown. Overall, it was an average experience.

My stay was fantastic, with the staff being incredibly helpful and professional - they really made my experience special. I didn't have any issues or complaints during my stay, which is always a good sign. The hotel's service and atmosphere were top-notch.
