The hotel’s spot is spot-on in the center, staff are warm, friendly, always ready to help. Breakfast is very good and filling (4/5 stars) – you wouldn’t expect that from a 4‑star hotel, cleanliness is fine, rooms are good. I did have a few things I didn’t like, but they’re minor; the biggest issue is that the hotel clearly needs some upkeep. It’s noticeable, but I should say that if proper maintenance were done, finding an empty room here would become impossible and every guest would give it a 10/10.

Friendly, more central than you’d find. Renovated but the materials weren’t very durable. Breakfast was good. The hallway carpet wasn’t clean enough, which is a downside, especially in older buildings.

It was in the center. I didn’t like that the rooms weren’t clean, the hallway wasn’t clean, and the rooms didn’t look like the pictures.

The Trojan horse statue was nice. The city was the downside.
