Excellent hospitality, a super tasty and beautifully presented breakfast, a very quiet central location despite being close to the street, and plenty of parking. The mattresses were too soft for us, so moving around made a creaking noise that woke the neighbor every time.

The atmosphere felt personal and individual, like being among friends, going beyond what was expected; the guest’s well‑being was always the focus. The “farmhouse” experience was tangible and real with all its wonderful aspects. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, and Frau Obermayer enchants everyone daily with fresh ingredients—sausages, sweets, eggs, yogurt, vegetables, and fruit—carefully prepared, with daily variety guaranteed. The animals on the farm were a total mood‑lifter every morning. Nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was great, both sweet and savory, and super abundant. The location is excellent, very close to Salzburg or Munich, and just steps from one of Germany’s largest lakes.

A very nice and warm welcome made us feel truly at home. The whole family worked hard to ensure our comfort. The rooms were cozy, very clean, and the entire house was lovingly furnished. Breakfast was delicious and varied, the table was lovingly set, and chatting with the hosts was always a pleasure. We felt very comfortable and know we’ll return. Highly recommended. 👍👍
