We booked this place by chance and it turned out to be the best 100 % of the time; the service was solid, so we’ll definitely return.

The room looked nice and was spacious, yet a bad odor drifted from the bathroom. The receptionist checked and said it came from the city plumbing, could do nothing, and invited us to leave if we wished. The next day the room wasn’t cleaned, and the location is currently poor because of repairs on the main boulevard; normally it’s great but not right now.

The place was very clean, the beds comfortable with soft pillows, a kettle, coffee and tea portions, and sugar. A young man—no name given—helped lift two heavy suitcases and assisted with a taxi; he was very attentive.

Honestly, this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. A big thanks to the very young, kind, and respectful staff; it was a beautiful and wonderful stay at an excellent location, and the hotel was very clean— I liked it a lot.
