The place is unsanitary, and the staff never clean it.

The location is good. The shower had no hot water, only lukewarm. I warned the receptionists three times, and they always said the same thing—that I was showering during peak hours. Yet on the first day I arrived at 16h, started a shower, and there was no hot water.

There was hot water from the shower after asking reception, and the response was fast. However, there were only two bed sheets and no duvet covers. In different rooms, the situation was the same. Water was on the floor in the shower room, and on the first day there was no hot water.

The location is very good, close to a main square with the astronomical clock. The photos don’t match reality. The “rooms” are open areas with partitions that look like prison cells but with no doors. Each compartment has two beds separated by a gypsum divider. The lockers for your belongings are in the corridor, the bathroom looks like a coffin with no windows, and the people are very rude and don’t respect silence for sleeping. The common area is very close to the rooms, worsening the noise. Also, the towels they give you for showering are the size of a face towel.
