The staff were friendly, but everywhere there were tralies behind the windows and pins on the outer walls, so I didn’t feel very safe, giving a 7.0/10.

The room was clean, the electric blanket worked, and the under‑heating system was fine, but the breakfast wasn’t the best, so I rated it 8.0/10.

The spacious, well‑equipped room was warm and cozy in July, breakfast was wonderful, and the staff went above and beyond to arrange a packed breakfast for my early appointment; I’ll definitely return, so I gave it a 10.0/10.

The staff was wonderful especially Zinhle at reception and the Lorraine the chef. The food was 5 star. All good
