“Excelente ubicación. Habitación muy confortable”
The location was excellent, the two‑storey room with a jacuzzi was very spacious, there was plenty of storage space, lovely details, a nice pool, and the staff were very helpful. However, 1) arriving by car required parking on the back street because the hotel is on a pedestrian street, and there were no signs or markings on the back street, making it hard to find the hotel even after messaging the staff; the narrow one‑way street often had police controlling traffic, so we ended up walking about 4 km to return to the area. 2) Check‑in had to be done at another chain hotel (Santorini Legend) about 500 m from Santorini Secret, which was inconvenient because we had to move luggage between hotels. 3) Breakfast was served every morning at Santorini Legend, so we had to walk those 500 m each day. 4) Although the food was good, the breakfast system was awkward: it was not served in a time slot but required choosing a specific time and marking a sheet with what each family member would eat the next day, which felt uncomfortable.
