Parking is just outside the room, making loading and unloading a breeze. The room itself was spacious and in good condition, perfect for a quick overnight stop on a road trip. Breakfast offered plenty of options, including Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches. However, the bed was super noisy and squeaky, so if you move a lot it can be disruptive, and Sunday night food selections were very limited.

What a delightful little gem in Blanding—fascinated to learn the building was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright students years ago. The staff were very helpful and taught us how to use the kitchen machines for breakfast. The motel sits right next to the best pizza and bakery store, making it a very enjoyable stay! The eating area is tiny, though you can sit outside if the weather cooperates. We also enjoyed baked goods from the bakery next door, plus yogurt, cereal, and frozen breakfast sandwiches.
