Located in the heart of Chinatown, KēSa House, The Unlimited Collection managed by The Ascott Limited, is a heritage townhouse from the 1920s, now a contemporary boutique hotel. It offers complimentary all-day refreshments and free Wi-Fi. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Chinatown MRT Station and a 5-minute drive from the Central Business District, with Changi International Airport a 25-minute drive away.

The spot in Chinatown is close to the metro, and the staff were helpful. There's a laundromat, a kitchen with a water fountain, and the air‑conditioning works well. Even though we were warned by email, the subway noise rattles the room. The bar across from the hotel stops music at midnight. The TV isn’t connected, and there’s no toilet brush.

The place sits in a great spot and the shared kitchen and lounge are lovely, with free biscuits, lollies, and refillable water bottles. The room is tiny, barely enough room to open a suitcase. The bathroom is poorly designed, lacking a towel hook and a functional shower door.

Excellent spot in Chinatown, close to the metro and bus stops that loop around the city. Free coffee, tea all day and an aperitif with snacks from 5 pm. I’d have liked a bit more salty food for breakfast, even just a soft or hard boiled egg, or scrambled, or some yogurt.

The location is great, we loved Chinatown and the countless breakfast, lunch, and dinner options nearby. Good value for money. The staff could be a bit friendlier.
