The facilities are amazing, and the dinners are exquisite. I was delayed 20 minutes at check‑out because of the baby and they called me to the room.

The area is quiet, the staff are friendly, and the breakfast is varied. They charged us a higher tourist tax than listed, arrived around 21:30 and the booked room was unavailable, so we were given a “suite.” The suite was very hot, the bed and pillows uncomfortable, we slept terribly, found hair in the shower, and instead of a curtain on the ceiling‑to‑floor window there was cardboard on the glass; the ceiling was a roof, so a beam hung down that you had to lower every time you went to bed. My partner slammed the door to go to the bathroom at night. The next day we asked for a room change because we hadn’t rested; the new room was better but the bed and pillows were still uncomfortable. The bed was not a double but two single beds joined by sheets. The “spa” center, pool water, and hot tub water were cool. The Turkish bath didn’t work.

Everything except the small pool/hot tub area. The pool is for kids, and the hot tub water is too cold.

“Bellissimo Hotel”

The rooms were pretty, clean, and brand‑new. The price and breakfast were excellent. The staff were very kind. The location was very convenient. The spa was small but well maintained. The mattresses and pillows were not super comfortable.
