The spot is great—GS25 is right on the ground floor. The room wasn’t very clean.

Facing the Guang'an Bridge! The weekday rate is cheaper, so the value is high. It’s right on the lively main road. The room is older but clean enough.

The view from the room was the only bright spot, everything else fell apart. The hotel was filthy, with dirty bed linens that the cleaner had taken from other rooms and left in the hallway. The carpet had holes and dark marks, and the elevator carpet was peeling at the edges. The slippers in the room were expected to be new, but they had black marks all over the bottom, showing they were reused and not cleaned. Several times the button to request housekeeping didn’t work, so we had to go downstairs and explain. The front‑desk staff were rude and dishonest. We were told we would get a refund for the sub‑standard service, but a reservations agent denied it. Avoid this hotel at all costs; the only good thing is the view.

The beachside spot at Gwangalli. The room is huge and comfy. The rooftop is spectacular with an ocean view, even a walkable glass bridge to look down better! The staff are super kind and helpful. The hotel feels a bit old‑fashioned and should be renovated, especially the elevators. It could earn more. In the rooms I’d add outlets near the bed. In the bathroom I’d add towel hooks for large towels and shelves for items.
