McKenzie at reception was very friendly and helpful; the bed was very comfortable. The pool was too chlorinated, housekeeping was not done even though it was requested, and the deposit equals the price of the stay. The train station is next to the room.

Breakfast was good. The cleanliness was poor, the sofa bed was in terrible condition and absolutely unusable.

Clean, but the hotel is actually 1 mile farther from the arena than the ad said; we had to walk that extra mile to get there.

Spotlessly clean, yet the breakfast area was occupied by homeless people, which was a real downer.
