The staff were super nice. The hotel is well maintained, right on the beach, with a nice pool, comfortable beds, and a large bathroom. The only downside was that the fruit bar only served Indonesian coffee, no cappuccino, latte, or espresso.

The bed was comfortable, and the pool and outdoor area were beautiful. However, the price‑quality ratio was not good, the room looked like a motel room, the bathroom was very old and uncozy, and the restaurant food was not tasty and too expensive.

The view from my room was lovely, and the dining room staff were exceptional. Food was well priced, and the buffet breakfast was very good. I appreciated the cold water available on each floor, and there’s a little shop across the road and a pizza café nearby. The room cleaning could have been better, and the only alcohol served was beer. Also, there was no hair conditioner in the bathroom.

There was a sunset view, a lovely garden around the pool, free shuttle to the airport every 1.5 h, and the location was near a tasty pizzeria, spa, and coffee roastery. The breakfast selection was mostly Asian food, the pool water looked cloudy, and the overall vibe felt a bit rundown.
