The property was polished in every detail with excellent, kind staff (Noemi was amazing). The location was perfect, with the nearby “210 grammi” restaurant about 20 m away where the breakfast was great and continental. The room was new and had all the amenities. Everything was perfect.

The service from Vincenzo and Noemi was excellent. The location is simply perfect on a quiet street yet in the center of Favignana. Vincenzo and Noemi were always super helpful, offering recommendations and actively arranging bookings for activities and transfers. Definitely recommend if you want a truly hassle‑free holiday on a beautiful and very popular island.

The location was really great, the room was clean and quiet, and the hotel staff were friendly. The breakfast, however, is served in the adjacent restaurant, where the staff were not very friendly. Ordering drinks proved surprisingly difficult; we ended up going straight to the bar because the waiters just didn’t notice us. The hotel gave us a voucher for a drink at that same restaurant, which explicitly read “from 7 p.m.” On our last evening we tried to redeem it around 7:45 p.m., told the waiter we just wanted a drink, and were offered a table. After waiting a while we were rudely told to leave the restaurant. The waiter said, “No more gratis drinks, finished!” and kept pointing at his wrist to imply we were late. He repeatedly suggested we come back tomorrow. We pointed out the voucher’s wording and that it was our last night in Favignana, but he didn’t respond. We asked if we could at least get our voucher back; he left without comment and later returned with our drinks, clearly annoyed. We couldn’t understand the whole situation. Several tables were free, and the voucher explicitly said it could not be combined with a meal – it was meant for a drink only. Had we felt welcomed, we would have ordered more drinks (and paid for them), but it was clear we were expected to leave. The restaurant’s vibe was in stark contrast to the hotel, which is truly unfortunate.
