Nothing positive. I booked through Booking, paid, and upon arrival the staff claimed there was no reservation and the place was full, refusing to let me in. They were dismissive, blocking me at the frosted glass door while the street outside was dark and overgrown. They should handle reservations more responsibly—disappointing!

Breakfast is good, but the portions are small. Everything is very clean and the service is great.

The room was comfy, private, and the lunch was great! The breakfast, the location, and the power outlets near the bed were not up to par.

I didn’t like anything. The only thing that bothered me was that the meals were fixed on the menu, and when I asked to change one dish, they refused.
