Beautiful view, new, clean, awesome breakfast. Super nice host who helped us enormously with a car problem. Very attentive. Great suggestions for dinner. We liked everything

The property sits in a green setting just a short walk from Urbino, offering complete silence, and the owner was immediately helpful with arrival timing and city‑tour tips. The room was spotless and cozy, and we especially enjoyed the breakfast on the lovely terrace with fresh products. Thanks a lot. Nothing to complain about.
