The staff were very sweet, security was professional but not intimidating, and the whole place was spotless. Water and basic tea/coffee facilities are provided in the room, and the bathrooms are large and clean. There are places to eat on the property. Overall, it smelled and looked beautiful and felt very safe and secure.
