I booked one of the two rooms and was greeted with a cozy seat on the patio right outside the door, plus a fridge for my personal items. The place is gorgeous and well kept, and the massive pool offers a view of the distant sea. Surrounded by a mango grove, it’s very green, and the owners are super friendly. The Tapas platter is a must‑try!

The owners at La Casa del Burro are incredibly warm and welcoming. Breakfast is fantastic—made fresh each morning with local ingredients—and they even accommodated my gluten‑free diet. From the property you’re surrounded by avocado and mango groves, giving the views a wonderful feel. We loved everything; there was nothing to dislike.

Mariana and Harry are people who naturally excel at their job: welcoming, kind, and always available. The place is beautiful, which is why we came back this year. Cleanliness is guaranteed, and don’t miss the breakfast. Thanks, Harry, for the mango! 😀

A paradise haven for rest. The road is certainly difficult, but the oasis is worth the effort.

The surroundings were wonderful and the welcome was great. The ascent is for rural farms; at certain points it’s even dangerous because the mountain slopes aren’t paved. It’s a place to visit and stay to enjoy the environment, but not for going up and down to the beach, especially at night.
