The staff were genuinely friendly and always ready to lend a hand, which made everything run smoothly. On top of that, the location is spot‑on and the décor feels fresh and well‑thought‑out. Nothing really stood out as a problem.

This place is gorgeous, with an amazing view over Erhai Lake that makes you feel at ease right away. The host family is incredibly kind and helpful, and the whole house—rooms included—is top‑notch. It's a bit off the beaten path, which gives it a lovely quiet vibe, and DIDI rides get you anywhere fast. There are also plenty of good places to eat nearby.

Our room was both roomy and spotless, and everything we needed was provided. Breakfast was decent, and stepping out onto the balcony gave us lovely lake scenery. All in all, a solid stay that I’d recommend without hesitation.

The hosts were really welcoming, offering us tips for sightseeing and even food when we arrived late and left early. The floor‑to‑ceiling window frames an incredible lake view that’s hard to beat. The only downside is that the property sits on the quieter side of the lake, so there aren’t many attractions right at the doorstep, though a short taxi ride gets you across to the busier side easily.
