The location was CLOSED, so don’t pay in advance. The place was CLOSED when we arrived and in disrepair, which was a huge inconvenience because we had to find another place to stay. From the window it looked deserted. It should be removed from the website.

The accommodation leaves much to be desired, presenting a picture of a pristine apartment and facilities only to reveal a building falling apart with damp, ants, and cockroaches, and terrible hotel service. It claims to be near the center, but the location is so far that they don’t even offer to pick you up by tuk‑tuk or taxi; we had to wait until daylight to walk down. We do not recommend booking this stay at all. The views don’t compensate for everything else. We complained to the owner and received no response.

My fiancée and I booked the Penthouse Deluxe Double Room with mountain and city view, and it turned out to be an amazing experience. The room matched the website pictures exactly—clean and in perfect condition. The views were absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset, and we couldn't find words to describe how beautiful they were. The environment was incredibly peaceful, and the weather stayed perfect throughout our stay, which made it even more relaxing. Parking space was ample, and the staff were extremely kind, attentive, and always ready to help with any request, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful stay with excellent service and stunning views.

I recently stayed at this property, and the highlight of my experience was definitely the stunning view. You can see most of Kandy city from there, which is truly breathtaking. The caretaker also did their best to make our stay comfortable, and I appreciated the effort. However, I was disappointed with the overall condition of the property. While our room was clean, the rest of the place seemed poorly maintained. It looked like the floors hadn't been swept, and it felt like the hotel hasn't seen any renovations since it was built. Additionally, there were no kettle or tea/coffee-making facilities in the room, which was an inconvenience
