The room is very large and comfortable, inside a well‑maintained and welcoming property with a garden and a pool designed for maximum relaxation. The location allows easy access to both the lake and the many villages and art cities in Umbria and Tuscany. It would be great to have the option to have breakfast at the agriturismo.

There’s a relaxing pool and a well‑working fridge in the room. There are no window screens in any rooms, so we had to close everything to avoid a swarm of mosquitoes and other insects. There’s no air conditioning, which is necessary at night to avoid a sauna, so we had to stay inside. WARNING: It’s not an agriturismo. There’s nothing for food, let alone breakfast, which is a real shame because the space is there and it would be a notable must to prepare at least some platters with wine tastings.

The old farmhouse was well renovated, but the room is unforgettable. The bed is a metal frame with a dense mesh net and a chipboard top that hits the bed frame. The mattress is terrible. There’s no air conditioning and no window screens, a 12/14 inch TV with a non‑working antenna signal. In any modern accommodation, the bed is essential and must be top quality.

The place sits in a beautiful, quiet spot, and the wood‑fired pizza oven is fantastic. The pool, surrounded by lovely olive trees, is a highlight, and the staff are helpful and welcoming. Adding new mattresses to the beds would be a big plus for this authentic home full of charm.
