Nothing positive. We couldn’t get into the property. We weren’t told that the premises were empty and that we wouldn’t be able to stay; an email or phone call would have helped.

When we got there the room was still dirty, the bed was filthy! Everything was awful.

Nothing good to mention. Everything was terrible. This is the worst place I have ever stayed.

“ESTAFA, FALSO, LADRONES!”

It was a scam; we couldn't even get into the hotel. I hope no one else makes the mistake of booking without reading the reviews first. One of the staff, a young blond guy pretending to be from Liverpool with a friend, also couldn't get in. We never saw the supposed friend, so I did a quick check on my phone because something felt off. I found the real name, FRAN LENCHERTER ROOMS, showed it to him and told him I was calling the police. He begged me not to, grabbed his phone and talked to his accomplice because he's not alone in this. He quickly crossed the street and left. The worst part was he was asking for help on BOOKING but never replied to my messages. We had to go to a nearby hotel and pay for two extra days. Luckily I never opened the link they sent me in the email because it was another scam charge. I don't understand how Booking does nothing.

The room was good and the stopover spot was perfect for our trip to Lancaster city centre. Nothing to dislike.
