The staff were very attentive, delivering information politely and striving to give a great experience. However, when booking the chalet you get the impression that breakfast will be like a lodge’s, but it’s actually very simple, forcing you to eat elsewhere. We had planned to stay at another place with kitchen facilities at the same price, so we would have had our breakfast there because it had a stove and microwave. Seeing the lodge’s description mentioned breakfast, we switched accommodations, but upon arrival the details revealed the breakfast was minimal and we couldn’t enjoy that part. By then it was too late to move to another lodge because the booking was non‑refundable. Another issue was the shower – it lacks a good structure for a pleasant bath, no pressure, no pressure booster, and perhaps no gas or solar heating system.

I really enjoyed my stay at Chale Guaraú! The place was brand new, with a cozy and calm atmosphere, ideal for those wanting to relax and enjoy the surrounding nature. The service was one of the highlights: the team was attentive, polite, and always ready to help. The room was clean and organized, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was also very good. I would definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet spot, good value, and a pleasant environment to rest.

Breakfast was good, but it would be better to have an outdoor shower for a quick rinse before entering the apartment, a toilet brush in the bathroom, and a slightly larger table.

Excellent location, everything very organized, all instructions provided, and quick help for any question. I was very well attended by Keite! She sent me the location and all necessary information! Everything exactly as described on Booking. My wife, the kids, and I were fully satisfied with the room.
