I appreciated the staff and the ambiance, enjoyed the room view, and the property was clean. However, security knocked on my door and accused my husband and me of being loud while we were just chatting, laughing, and watching a low‑volume movie, which made the rest of the stay uncomfortable and a very bad experience.

There was no hot breakfast option, only small grab‑and‑go items, so I skipped those and went to local cafés instead. The air‑con unit in the room was very loud and woke me up several times each night, but it was too hot to leave it off.

The front‑desk team were all very nice, friendly and helpful all the time, but the night bartender could have been friendlier.
