“I won’t be staying here again when I come back to Pittsburgh.”
The room was clean, but I was really disappointed by the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The first impression outside was that it looked dirty, with cigarette butts and trash at the entrance. No one greeted us when we tried to check in; a lady in the lobby told us to use the phone in the lobby, which I guess rings to notify staff, and it seemed like they were short‑staffed. The first day’s breakfast was just hot water for oatmeal and cereal bars, but the coffee was good according to the other people with us. The second day’s breakfast was the same, but the coffee was instant. The pictures on the website don’t match what the place actually looks like.
