“Nicely quiet with room for improvement”

Quiet and nice views. Breakfast starts at 8.30, the staff wouldn’t give a cup of coffee any earlier and we had to point at the clock. Restaurants are scarce in that area and have odd opening hours. There’s no way to hang wet clothes.

The views, especially from the room, are great, the forest smell is lovely, and the night sky is beautiful. Breakfast could be better.

“Encanto especial”

A hotel with a special charm, mountain and sea views. Super quiet, perfect for a weekend to unwind and rest, excellent. We liked everything.

I’ve never encountered such a discourteous attitude toward guests before. The hotel sits in the mountains, and the road to it proved completely unacceptable for me: an extremely narrow, winding serpentine where two cars often can’t pass each other. In some spots you have to back up on the tight road to let an oncoming vehicle through. I wasn’t prepared for the road to be so difficult, nor did I imagine having to endure that daily driving stress. Out of the six paid nights, we only stayed one. I explained the situation in a human way and asked for a partial refund for the nights we couldn’t use. I repeatedly approached management and tried to resolve the issue peacefully, but nobody was willing to help. The impression is that this hotel cares more about money than about guests and their human treatment. I strongly do not recommend this hotel.
