The staff member named Aly at reception was very respectful; a mistake with a payment was corrected by Aly, who helped us with everything; the room was 100% satisfactory, thank you very much. The same statement repeats.

The location is very convenient, the bed is very comfortable, breakfast is plentiful and varied, the room is clean, overall it’s absolutely perfect.

All was perfect. Desk people very friendly and offer all the help. The room is very large, the brd very very comfortable. The breakfast is better than in other 5 stars hotels in Shanghai. The location is perfect for easy and fast connection to Hongqiao transport hub. Better as to get a room on the side of the hotel opposite to the main road and Hongqiao railway station. I know it's not hotel fault, but sometime noise can be disturbing during the night
