24‑hour service was very useful, since we arrived in Brindisi after midnight. Old hotel, room clean but not renovated for a long time. The pool area is not fully clean, I didn’t feel comfortable using the shower.

The sink and the bidet were clogged.

The location was good, but everywhere was dirty. The furniture was old, broken, and torn; there were holes in the walls, mold from water leaks, and a fear of using electricity because it tripped fuses. The room had no lights, the sink was installed at knee height, there was no Wi‑Fi, the elevator was out of order, the staff were unfriendly, and from 10:45 a call came to the room to check out by 11:00.
