The co‑working lounge was incredibly comfortable, and although the hot spring seemed small at first glance, its water quality was fresh and wonderful; the local blueberry shaved ice was delicious. The room was humid, making dehumidifying and adjusting the air conditioning a hassle. I was in a dormitory, and the odor was a bit noticeable; it would have been better if there was a way to bring in outside air directly. Still, I liked it.

It was quiet and relaxing, and the free rental items that could be brought into the room were plentiful. I wish the outdoor smoking area had a rain‑shower roof. After checking out, I used the bath café CafeHITOMA for a day use, thinking it was a free‑standing seat, but I was moved to another spot midway; clearer signage would help.

The environment allows work early in the morning and late at night, with coffee included; Yugawara Souyu is nearby. The bus stop is far, but I understood that in advance.

I appreciated the coworking lounge, the staff’s courteous attitude and the overall vibe of the guests. The downside was the smell and humidity inside the room.

A beautiful and restful place to stay; the breakfast was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place and hope to visit again someday. It’s great for solo travelers or small groups, and walking distance to good food as long as you don’t mind the steep walk back :) The view is amazing—overall a 10/10 stay.
