The hotel is new, small, basic but pleasant, clean and very comfortable. Parking is convenient. The room is functional and nice, with a tiny balcony overlooking a stunning view. The bed is very comfortable. The room price does not include breakfast, which can be ordered for 30 lari per person. The meal is quite basic. The place’s advantage is its comfort and view. There is no daily housekeeping. Towels can be swapped if you wish. The front desk is unmanned; communication with the owner, Stefan, is only via WhatsApp.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, the views were spectacular, there was plenty of space, and the hotel is beautiful and new. Having a mini‑fridge in the room was very convenient. However, there is no soundproofing; we heard every guest opening and closing doors, and any conversation in the corridor was audible. The plumbing was a bit loud.
