Everything was great, including the in‑room massage service. The room itself was efficient, spacious, and complete. The location was very nice, and the staff excellent. Even the Ubud location was good, with large beds. It was a bit pricey for Ubud standards.

A very nice accommodation! We enjoyed the room, breakfast, and pool. The staff also helped us with ferry tickets to the Gilis and were super friendly and helpful. We would come back anytime!

The place is gorgeous and blends perfectly with Ubud’s nature; the staff are extremely helpful and the atmosphere is very peaceful, though the location isn’t the most central.

We appreciated the location, but there was no receptionist when we arrived, and our room wasn’t ready until 1.5 hours past the usual check‑in time; they offered us a juice as a small apology. The staff moved at a snail’s pace, didn’t speak English, and the breakfast service was extremely slow, though the food itself was fine. Last night we spotted cockroaches in the room and requested a change; they initially claimed no rooms were available, but after I insisted we wouldn’t stay there and would move to another hotel, they offered two rooms to choose from. No compensation was provided.
