The place is calm, though I had booked Varkala Vill and ended up staying elsewhere, which turned out to be just fine.

The area is very quiet, just a 5‑minute walk to the beach, and the room was spotless; I’d come back.

The room was spacious and immaculate, and the cleaning lady was always present, keeping everything tidy; Binu, the owner, was kind and responsive, helping with daily arrangements, local tuc‑tuc pickups, and recommending a great festival to visit, even arranging the trip. The villa’s garden let my kid play, and the beach was a 5‑minute walk away, with a nice café and yoga/surf spot only 80 meters from the house. I’d recommend this spot for families and anyone looking for a clean, welcoming space. Nothing to complain about.
