The building feels welcoming, staff are extremely kind and ready for any need. The on‑site restaurant is great, and the location is perfect for Campo Felice or Rocca Calascio. A bit more attention to cleanliness would help, but nothing serious, and some room details were a bit picky.

I was greeted warmly, and the room opened onto a terrace overlooking the village and the peaks; the breakfast was a solid mix of sweet and savory, and dining on site offered good food at very reasonable prices.
