The owner cancelled our reservation and called us just before we arrived, then left the phone on the floor.

It was a disaster; I still can’t believe I paid for that guesthouse. The receptionist was unhelpful, the room was dirty, there were no blankets or toilet paper, and the water was cold—totally unsatisfactory.

Nothing positive; the place should be removed 😡😡😡😤😤😤. I don’t think anyone should book it, and it was one of the worst days of my life. We arrived to no welcome, the owner told us to drive useless kilometres to sleep on the plot, and after canceling the booking over five days ago I still haven’t received a refund because the owner is playing hide and seek.
