The spot was great and the bed was comfy. They also included coffee, juices, and cookies at breakfast as a courtesy. The room felt a bit cramped for three people, especially with the little girl.

The location was fine. Everything else was okay.

The building is simple but in a great spot for exploring Chiang Mai. The room had all the basics and the morning buffet was comparable to a breakfast. The room was a bit dark and damp, but overall nothing bad.

The room was clean and very spacious. The beds were very comfortable. We were especially surprised by the small but nice breakfast selection. Toast, juice, muesli, coffee, and bananas were free. The pool was a bit small and there were only 4 loungers for the whole hotel.
