The room was really nice, clean, with plenty of storage, two large double wardrobes, and I opted for a private bathroom. The shared areas were very clean and spacious, and there’s an outside terrace with lighting if you want to eat. The kitchen has a large shared fridge, plus storage, and you get full access with a key code and keys. The apartment is in a mainly residential area with one local bar and one excellent coffee place, Arco Iris, the bar is left of the apartment down the hill on the left about a few minutes walk, the coffee bar is down the hill to the main road, turn right, then walk 8–10 min away. Faro town centre is a fair walk but worth it, mainly flat, and once you’re there it’s not hard to get around. Bring sturdier shoes for the paved pavements all the way into town. The only observation is for people who may have mobility issues: to get to the Old Town or station you either have a 20–25 minute walk or an option of BOLT. That aside, I have no negatives about the property.
