This hotel did the same thing to me that Shaheen Hotel did earlier. The owner himself called me and said that they are not giving rooms for any bookings made and asked me to cancel the reservation from my side. So I had no option but to cancel it. If they do not want to provide rooms, then why do they list their property ? This is something you should properly check, as you are a third party managing these bookings. This hotel did the same thing to me that Shaheen Hotel did earlier. The owner himself called me and said that they are not giving rooms for any bookings made and asked me to cancel the reservation from my side. So I had no option but to cancel it. If they do not want to provide rooms, then why do they list their property ? This is something you should properly check, as you are a third party managing these bookings
