“An Experience so bad that we decided to end our stay after just 1 night (had booked for 2 nights)”
The only thing that could be called positive was that the day staff tried to listen to my complaints about the bedspread’s pathetic quality, the washroom’s stink, and the dust in the cupboard, and they were polite and respectful. But honestly, where do I begin? The pictures were a lie. I booked two rooms and the bedspreads were covered in stains that looked like blood or something worse. The new management, who only took over two days ago, said they were going to replace the sheets, but those too were stained and had holes. When the bedspread was taken off, I was shocked to see so many stains. The closet door was missing and the cupboards were dusty in both rooms, and both washrooms had a nasty odor. At night a power cut hit and the backup generator wasn’t on, even though it was Chennai heat. Around 2 AM I asked why it hadn’t been turned on, and they told me to wait for the power to return. When I asked why, they said the generator had no diesel—laughable. We had booked two nights but left after one because I didn’t want to drive back to Bangalore half‑tired and sleepy. Overall, a very bad experience.

We couldn’t check in the property as the it was closed 2 days ago due to electricity cut, even was not informed us regarding this. We had to search for another hotel in the midnight Already reported to however no proper response . Property was closed due to electricity cut couldn’t check in
I didn’t stay because the pictures on your website are totally different from the reality—don’t cheat customers. Also, this is a men’s hostel.
